10,000 Able Interns is a programme that wants to help to unlock career opportunities for disabled students, connecting them with workplaces that are well-equipped to power their career progression.
The programme matches students and recent graduates with a paid internship in a sector of their interest, and supports with pre-internship training and development.
Applications are open until Sunday 22nd January 2023.
You are eligible if you experience social/physical barriers because of:
- Sensory, physical or social/communication impairments
- Chronic mental health or neurological disorders
- Other social/physical barriers including chronic pain, mobility and dexterity issues
Please reference the eligibility criteria on the application form for more specific details.
And you:
- Are studying at a UK university at undergraduate or postgraduate level
- Have recently graduated from a UK university (from 2019 onwards)
- Have completed A-levels, aged 18+, on a gap year with the intention of going to university
