Microlink has launched a new webinar series called Great Change; Great Women, talking to some of the women influencing the disability agenda and providing positive change in the UK.
Episode 2 featured Christine is the Founder and Managing Director of Open Inclusion, an inclusive insight, design and innovation agency based in London and operating across the UK. She is an economist by trade, a researcher, a designer and innovator by practice and a practical systemic problem solver by nature. She helps organisations grow consumer experience across all brand touchpoint (digital, physical, customer service and brand communications) through a deeper understanding of the needs of people with lived experiences of disability and older consumers or employees.
