Entrepreneur and disability advocate David Bourroughs shares his experiences of living through the Covid-19 pandemic and how it inspired him to start his own social enterprise, Buddies for All, a community support group.
Buddies for All is a buddying service for disabled people and aims to support the community to overcome any challenges they might be experiencing on a daily basis.
Piloting in the London borough of Lewisham and surrounding areas, with plans to expand further, they want to design a service which reflects disabled people’s needs and interests. Buddies for all are looking for feedback and are currently running a research questionnaire.
