As the UK continues to emerge from the latest period of lockdown and with the vaccination programme making good progress, many businesses are considering what a return to the workplace might look like.
In May 2020, the Business Disability Forum asked 73 businesses in their membership how they were responding to COVID-19 and the impact this had on their workforce. We asked businesses how they were providing adjustments for staff during the initial outbreak and lockdown, the impact this had on supporting their workforce, and on the mental health and wellbeing of staff.
