Offer Disability Awareness Training to your employees
Firms should also offer training sessions on ED&I topics to educate their employees. This should include Disability Awareness Training. If your firm does not already have such a training programme and/or does not offer a Disability Awareness Training, encourage your HR and/or Learning & Development teams to include this on their training programme.
While a half an hour e-learning programmes or an hour webinar may be a good starting points, the learning needs to comprehensive and continue beyond this.
