The Law Society Lawyers with Disabilities Division is finalising their guidance on reasonable adjustments and they want to share with the profession examples of good practice and what is working within legal organisations. They want to show what can be done, together with tips on how to make them work; so as to challenge other organisations to do the same.
They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has experience of reasonable adjustments in small firms/organisations and in-house teams.
