The SRA’s Workplace Culture Thematic Review published last year, outlined that ‘A poor culture not only affects personal wellbeing but also ethical behaviour, competence and ultimately the standard of service received by clients.’ But how do firms and legal teams move on from poor cultures that adversely affect staff, productivity and reputation?
In this Law Society Seminar, they will look at positive workplace cultures adopted and how they were supported and implemented. This will cover work/life balance, effective supervision, tackling blame culture and the benefits to both staff and clients.
