Come and celebrate the International Day of People with Disabilities with The Lawyers with Disabilities Division (LDD). This International Day is an annual occasion to celebrate and join together disabled people in our communities and raise awareness of the importance of creating a future where disabled people experience equal opportunities and face no barriers in all aspects of their lives.
The LDD have created a fun and interactive quiz which celebrates the disabled community and marks the International Day of and Disability History Month (DHM). The quiz is intended to raise awareness of disability rights, disability discrimination and the Legally Disabled Research Project 2020 and its findings. There will be an opportunity to hear about what the Law Society and the LDD have planned, to ask questions to the LDD Committee and network with other LDD members attending the event.
