Following the publication of the Easy Wins Guidance by the Law Society LDD, they are now working on guidance on reasonable adjustments and want to share with the profession examples of good practice and what is working within legal organisations. They want to show what can be done, together with tips on how to make them work; so as to challenge other organisations to do the same.
