Job Description

Entry-Level Web Designer, WealthReach

WealthReach is the first agentic website platform built for financial advisors. Our Living Sites technology powers websites that don't just look good, they generate real leads for advisors who've historically been underserved by generic web agencies and legacy platforms. We're a fast-growing team that moves quickly, cares about craft, and measures success by the results our clients see.

The Role

We're looking for a talented Entry-Level Web Designer to own the look, feel, and performance of the websites we build for financial advisors. You'll take a site from initial brief through launch, translating each firm's brand and story into a clean, trustworthy, conversion-focused experience. You'll also help shape the design system behind our platform, creating templates and components that let us deliver high-quality sites at scale. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a direct line to the impact your work has on client growth.

No prior experience is required. We're looking for tech-savvy, creative people who are comfortable working with AI tools and have a great eye for design.

What You'll Do

  • Design custom websites and landing pages for financial advisory firms, from wireframes to final, responsive layouts
  • Translate brand guidelines, copy, and client goals into designs that build trust and drive inquiries
  • Partner with Customer Success to understand client needs and present design concepts clearly
  • Lead client revision rounds, gather feedback, and keep projects moving on schedule
  • Ensure every site meets our high standards for copy, design, and SEO/AEO optimization
  • Stay current on AI, design trends, and UX best practices

What You Bring

  • No prior web design experience required
  • Strong command of AI tools such as Claude Code
  • Tech-savvy, with a high level of creativity
  • Excellent design taste (this matters most)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting work to clients and internal stakeholders
  • The ability to manage several projects at once, prioritize well, and meet deadlines
  • Openness to feedback and a habit of iterating quickly

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to join a high-growth startup at an early stage
  • Fully remote work
  • Competitive pay and bonuses
  • A collaborative team that values craft, speed, and results
