$26 – $27/Hour Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying industrial-grade paint in a spray booth, maintaining painting equipment, and following all applicable safety procedures for paint handling, storage, and disposal. Key Responsibilities Prepare and mix paint and coatings according to job specifications. Operate spray painting equipment and apply industrial-grade paint to manufactured products. Work safely and efficiently in a designated spray booth. Clean, inspect, and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment to ensure proper operation. Handle, store, and dispose of unused paint and related materials in accordance with company procedures and applicable environmental and safety regulations. Follow all required safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous industrial spray painting or custom painting experience preferred. Ability to operate and maintain painting equipment. Knowledge of safe paint handling and disposal procedures is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
