E-Commerce Manager & Trade Marketing \n

Build the digital future of a 40-year fragrance brand.

Since 1986, Y.Z.Y. has put fragrances into stores across North America, the Caribbean, and beyond. Now we’re going all-in on digital, and we need someone to lead it.

This isn’t a role where you maintain someone else’s setup. You’ll build our direct-to-consumer site, grow our presence on Amazon and TikTok Shop, and shape how millions of shoppers discover our brands online. You’ll have real ownership, a proven product line behind you, and a leadership team ready to invest.

What You’ll Own

• Our online stores. Launch and grow our Shopify site, and run our storefronts on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retailer websites
\n
• The digital shelf. Product pages, imagery, search ranking, reviews, pricing, and ads that turn browsers into buyers
\n
• DTC growth. Promotions, email/SMS, and paid social that drive conversion and repeat customers
\n
• Launches and retailer programs. Build the yearly promotions calendar and create programs, sell sheets, and pitches for our retail partners
\n
• Budgets and results. Manage trade and marketing spend and show what’s working
\n
• Your creative network. Lead agencies, influencers, and content creators
\n
• The numbers. Share weekly performance insights, track competitors, and help shape sales forecasts
\n

What You Bring

\n
• 3+ years in e-commerce or trade marketing (fragrance, beauty, or CPG a plus)
\n
• Hands-on Amazon (Vendor or Seller Central) and Shopify experience
\n
• A track record of successful product launches and retailer programs
\n
• Sharp analytical skills and strong Excel and PowerPoint
\n
• Clear communication and the ability to rally teams across departments
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
\n

Bonus Points

\n
• Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, Google Analytics, or Klaviyo experience
\n
• Experience managing agencies or influencers
\n
• Spanish fluency
\n
