Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to support critical government and commercial missions. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems and components; perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using technical manuals; and document inspections, repairs, and parts usage accurately. You will coordinate with maintenance teams to identify defects and restore aircraft readiness while following strict safety, quality, and procedural requirements. The work supports complex operations and offers exposure to advanced technologies and varied missions. Successful candidates bring aircraft maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity and collaboration. An FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate may be required or preferred based on the assignment.
